Serge Baumberger is a leader and innovator in software quality, test automation, and DevOps. As Co-CEO of Infometis AG, he guides organisations in Switzerland and beyond in transforming their testing strategies through continuous testing, AI-powered workflows, and resilient automation. Serge holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology and blends technical rigour with hands-on engineering leadership and university teaching.
He is the creator of the Quality Tree Framework, a methodology that aligns people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable improvements in software quality.
