Roman Rodomansky is the Co-founder and CTO of Ralabs, where he leads the development of HealthTech and FinTech solutions powered by engineering excellence and AI. He has over 10 years of experience in building and scaling software products, and in leading technical teams from startup stage to enterprise environments. He is also an official ambassador of n8n, working closely with teams on real-world automation and AI adoption.
His insights on leadership and resilience have been featured in the Harvard Business Review, and he has spoken at international conferences, including ODSC San Francisco, HBR Live, and WAW Tech.
Roman is also the founder of NodeSchool Lviv, which is now expanding to Valencia. He is deeply committed to mentoring engineers and driving innovation at the intersection of software quality, productivity, and sustainable business growth.
Roman Rodomansky | AI-Driven Software Quality Measurement in Practice
Four years ago, Roman Rodomansky and his team built an internal framework to measure software quality across their engineering teams. More recently, they introduced AI agents into key parts of the system, such as automated analysis and summarization of quality signals.
Today, this framework is used across 50+ projects in parallel. In this talk, Roman shares how the system works, demonstrates its critical components, and explains how AI has reduced manual overhead while improving visibility into quality metrics. He also shows how measurable software quality connects directly to engineering productivity and business outcomes - including revenue.
