Alper Dönmez is the Vice President of Quality Assurance at Jotform, where he leads quality engineering, test automation, accessibility, and product reliability initiatives. With extensive experience across SaaS, fintech, defense, and pharmaceutical software, he focuses on building scalable quality processes and embedding accessibility throughout the product development lifecycle. He is particularly interested in AI-assisted testing, inclusive product development, and developing practical testing strategies that help teams deliver reliable and accessible digital experiences.

This session explores how Jotform created a practical environment for testing its AI-powered products and workflows. As AI became integrated into more products, Jotform’s quality team moved beyond traditional pass/fail testing to evaluate relevance, consistency, safety, performance, and user value.
The session covers environment separation, evaluation metrics, quality gates, non-deterministic outputs, CI/CD automation, production monitoring, and human-in-the-loop validation. It also introduces QA King, an internal AI testing companion focused on software quality, ISTQB, and test automation.
Through practical examples and lessons learned, Alper will show how automation, observability, and human judgment can work together to build more reliable AI systems.
