Biography

Nikolaj is a Test Practice Lead at Devbridge with strong expertise in testing gained in a host of tech companies and projects with the majority of them requiring automation solutions. Being a passionate video gamer, he decided to study IT and ended up getting his bachelor’s degree in informatics engineering. His first attempt to automate was a script written purely with android SDK command-line tools and from then only seeking stable, reliable, and effective way to automate.

Just Ship It!

Ability to deploy multiple times per day to production sound exotic, right? But at least one out of five engineers in the world is already working on the project utilizing that capability, we might be already late to the train, but it is never too late! In this talk, we will touch on why it is important, demystify few myths about continuous deployment, and emphasize key areas which will allow us to gain that capability and be more effective at delivering the software.
