Quality Transformation

In many organisations, Quality Assurance teams are at the forefront of change, leading transformation initiatives and improving software development. Part of this is made possible by a transformation within QA itself: Quality Assurance organisations are adapting to a Quality Analysis role. Many of the old ways of working, measuring and testing are no longer applicable in a microservice or cloud function environment. They require something different and the raison d’être of QA needs to adapt. In this talk, I offer an alternative: a perspective on the requirements and responsibilities for quality analysis and development teams in the future with, for example, micro-services architecture and DevOps development.
