Testing Everywhere with .Net Core

Not so long ago those of use working in .Net were stuck. We were stuck on Windows OSs. We were stuck paying high licensing costs for Visual Studio. We were stuck with closed source support libraries. We were just stuck.
But all that has changed with the release of .Net Core. Now our world is open to us. We have opensource IDEs, opensource libraries and the ability to step outside our traditional Windows box.
