Being efficient and effective became her buzz-words. Her goal is to find solutions for every project and even try to improve where possible.

The presentation is a view on the testing world, where companies are not really sure what they want as Project Methodology. Do we give in to the buzz-word Agile or are we staying in Waterfall? Where are the pitfalls where companies fall into ? Is it easy to pick out a methodology ? Is the best of both sides possible ? A lot of questions which come with an answer out of the real world.
